Anti Hazing Policy

• Sigma Phi Rho Fraternity, Incorporated abides by the state laws and the school policies and procedures related to hazing 
• Sigma Phi Rho Fraternity, Incorporated does not consent to, condone, or authorize any act of hazing, both mentally and physically, or violence towards potential candidates as a term or condition of membership 
• Any form of hazing, mental and physical, or any act of violence will not be a part of the intake process of Sigma Phi Rho Fraternity, Incorporated.
• Sigma Phi Rho Fraternity, Incorporated does not consent to, condone, or authorize the use of alcohol during its intake process.
• Sigma Phi Rho Fraternity, Incorporated requires all potential candidates to sign a potential Candidate Anti-Hazing Form.
• Sigma Phi Rho Fraternity, Incorporated requires all undergraduate and graduate brothers to sign a Graduate/Undergraduate Brother Anti-Hazing Form. 
  

Penalties/Fines

• Any chapter or colony that fails to comply with the Anti-Hazing Policy will be subjected to a fine or the suspension of all chapter rights and privileges.
• Brothers of Sigma Phi Rho Fraternity, Incorporated that witnesses, participate in or fail to report hazing will be subjected to a fine or the suspension and revocation of all rights and privileges of Sigma Phi Rho Fraternity, Inc.
